For the cheese enthusiasts with questions regarding our new online store we have provided some answers to popular questions.

Can I change the date of the cheese club delivery?
No. Additional courier costs may be incurred to do so. Please contact us via the Contact Us page to discuss further should there be a problem with the last Thursday of each month.

Once I have purchased an item from the on-line store, what contact can I expect?
Once we have received notification of your purchase we will be in contact with you directly via phone or email within 12-24 hours. We do this both as a matter of formality and to confirm details regarding;

• the types of cheese you desire for a hamper
• any messages to accompany the gift/hamper/purchase
• delivery instructions and
• any additional items you may wish to include

How long does it take to dispatch items purchased from the on-line store?
We mover orders out from our office within 7 days. This is subject to change depending on availability of desired product. We will keep in communication regarding products that may take longer. Hampers and gift baskets are usually within 3 days unless specific requests of shorter period of time.

Is GST and shipping inclusive in the price displayed on the on-line store?
Yes. Shipping interstate or overseas bears standard additional freight/courier charges. We will let you know of these when we contact you.

Can I make product changes to the hampers?
Yes. By all means should you have a desired theme or style we can accommodate.

Are the dvd’s and books by Will Studd signed copies?
No. Should you wish for them to be there will be an additional wait while we have Mr Studd sign them. We charge a flat postage and handling fee of $10 for him to do so.

Can I purchase the product and have it sent to someone else?
Absolutely. We can send any product to any address with a personalise message on your behalf at no extra charge.

Can I personalise a message with my purchase before delivery to the intended recipient?
Absolutely. We can send a personalise message on your behalf at no extra charge.

Can I get purchases shipped overseas?
Yes. This incurs a standard additional freight/courier charge. We will let you know of these when we contact you.
