A salad of marinated baby fi gs, proscuitto,
goats cheese and rocket
Use the marinade as a glaze when cooking duck or chicken
– just brush on during the last 15 minutes of cooking
Serve with ice cream, mascarpone, yoghurt or crème fraiche
